The lawsuit charges continues saying that those who paid for the
three-day seminar were told it would not be enough to make them
successful real estate investors, they were encouraged to sign up for a “Trump elite mentorship program” that cost anywhere from $10,000 to $35,000 per person.
Mean while, the organization billed itself as Trump University, even
though it was put on notice by the state Education Department as far
back as 2005 that it was not licensed to call itself a university.
Trump University officially became the Trump Entrepreneur Institute in 2010.
Schneiderman’s office says “dozens and dozens” of complaints have been filed.
The lawsuit names Trump as chairman of the institute and Michael Sexton as the organization’s former president.
It alleges “persistent fraud” and seeks to repay all 5,000 customers. It also seeks additional penalties and fines.
Trump dismissed Schneiderman’s allegations, claiming on a website that 98% of his students are satisfied.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, the group’s lead vocalist was walking from his hotel to a convenience store when two men grabbed his shirt and hit him from behind, before forcing him into a minivan.
The Calling’s rep said in a statement on Monday that the singer was “beaten with a police baton with a gun pointed to his face demanding Band’s ‘Hollywood money.’”
Band, who was being pummeled while at gunpoint, told the perpetrators, “Don’t kill me as I am about to be a dad.”
After he was attacked more, the suspects told Band, “We don’t kill fathers,” and “left him for dead at a local railroad track in Lapeer,” adds the rep’s statement.
“I never thought my unborn child would be my savior. I am grateful to be alive,” says Band, who has a fractured lower spine, needed 15 stitches to lower chin, and was left bruised and with three broken teeth.
Hope they catch them soon.

The NBA is optimistic with Ryan's performance but they also think that right now they have to support Ryan and be there for him. He is going through hell and we are a family the NBA that sticks together.

Raz-B was performing at a club in China last Thursday when somebody smashed a glass bottle in his face, while all he was trying to do was break up a fight from the crowd.
The 28-year old R&B singer received medical attention--Raz-B underwent a minor surgery to fix a gash in his lip.
His publicist, Tony Jones said that Raz-didn't wake up so they rushed him to the hospital.
"He is in a coma and needs as many prayers as possible."
Doctors tested for brain activity and determined the situation was critical. Raz is breathing from a ventilator. Hope Raz gets better soon.

Television personality and Model/Actress Gia Marie Allemand (29) passed away today at University Hospital, New Orleans. While in her residency in New Orleans on Monday night, Ms. Allemand was found by her boyfriend, NBA Basketball Player Ryan Anderson, following an apparent suicide attempt. Mr. Anderson contacted 911 and emergency medical crews were immediately dispatched to the scene. Tuesday, Ms. Allemand remained in the hospital unconscious in critical condition and on life support. Due to a critical loss of brain and organ function, life support was withdrawn today. Ms. Allemand passed away peacefully with her mother, boyfriend, and other life-long friends by her side. As a practicing Christian, Gia did receive the sacrament of last rites. Gia Passed away last night after, The family released this statement,
Television personality and Model/Actress Gia Marie Allemand (29) passed away today at University Hospital, New Orleans. While in her residency in New Orleans on Monday night, Ms. Allemand was found by her boyfriend, NBA Basketball Player Ryan Anderson, following an apparent suicide attempt. Mr. Anderson contacted 911 and emergency medical crews were immediately dispatched to the scene. Tuesday, Ms. Allemand remained in the hospital unconscious in critical condition and on life support. Due to a critical loss of brain and organ function, life support was withdrawn today. Ms. Allemand passed away peacefully with her mother, boyfriend, and other life-long friends by her side. As a practicing Christian, Gia did receive the sacrament of last rites. revealing that his real first name is actually “Chris.” He then gave
advice to his fans, the three most important things he believes that he
learned before he was known as Ashton he said about the importance of
hard work, perseverance and
dreaming big
“I believe that opportunity looks a lot
like hard work,” Ashton Kutcher began with “When I was 13, I
had my first job with my dad carrying shingles up to the roof, and then I
got a job washing dishes at a restaurant, and then I got a job in a
grocery store deli, and then I got a job at a factory sweeping Cheerio
dust off the ground.”
He went on: “And I’ve never had a job
in my life that I was better than. I was always just lucky to have a
job. And every job I had was a stepping stone to my next job, and I
never quit my job until I had my next job. And so opportunities look a
lot like work.”

last night, , Oprah said ... "I think that incident in Switzerland was just an
incident in Switzerland. I'm really sorry that it got blown up. I
purposefully did not mention the name of the store. I'm sorry that I
said it was Switzerland."
The shop owner says the whole thing was a "misunderstanding" and had "nothing to do with racism." The rumor has it that Oprah was mad because the shop employee didn't recognize her.

Jenelle Evans the teen mom tested positive for marijuana and a judge send her to jail for 48 hours. Janelle the MTV star had a deal with the prosecutors, she pled guilty for illegal drugs including percocet and heroin. She is suppose to have have 18 month of unsupervised probation but no jail time.

Jordin Sparks looked absolutely beautiful at the Teen Choice Award. Jordin has been working very hard to loss the weight and it did pay off. She wore a blue and white striped dress, white pumps and she walked the blue carpet like a princess. Jordin Sparks is also helping Ryan Seacrest in his radio show interviewing the stars.

The rapper Game was trying to grab lunch at Houston's restaurant in Pasadena, California today when he was denied service. Apparently it is because of his tattoos.
According to the celeb's numerous tweets following the incident, he was told by one of the managers on duty that his ink was threatening to other people dining at the restaurant.
"NEVER eating @ Houston's restaurants as long as I live ! Denied service in Pasadena by mgr...because: I have tattoos on my arms ?!?," Game tweeted. I guess he has a great case against discrimination.

Dustin Hoffman successfully treated for cancer

"It was detected early and he has been surgically cure, he will continue preventive treatment, but he is in great spirits and doing great" Dustin is still promoting his latest movie Quartet. No info what type of cancer, or the type of treatment.

Tameka Raymond filed emergency papers stating that her kids are in eminent danger with Usher, Tamika filed the papers in Fulton County, GA. stated that Usher leaves the kids with people that are not capable to take care of them, Usher has primary custody of the kids, she hopes the court will grant her primary custody now.
